This new version supports Windows Vista, Windows 7, and a new generation of sound cards. You can download the latest beta release v3.20 from the following location:

This version fixes a PTC-II communication bug that was introduced in v3.17 and (re)introduces the demo mode.

If you are currently using Mscan Meteo v3.1 and wish to upgrade, then first install the new version, run it, close it again, and then uninstall the old version. This way all your settings will be restored. If you are currently using Mscan Meteo v3.15, then uninstall this version and then install the new version. Unfortunately any settings you have will be lost (i.e. this is a clean install). If you are using v3.16 or higher and wish to upgrade, simply install this new version.
