Every reseller offers full support, that is what they get paid for. Problem in this case, as I already explained, is that this has nothing to do with Mscan Meteo but with your Windows and hardware installation. There is only so much a dealer can do about that, unless you bought the machine from him directly. If you are not able to follow my earlier suggestions than I recommend contacting your hardware reseller and explain your audio problem. Note there are also resellers that sell both software and hardware.
