Please respect this forum is for the international community and therefore English is the language of the forum.

It does not matter what PC you use to buy the software, but realise the activation request must be generated on the PC where you intend to use the software, and the activation key must also be entered on that PC. You can use any PC to email the activation request to CAR, and receive the resulting activation request. This process is also explained in this forum's FAQ as well as in the program's Help file.

k heb aan boord van de Aquarii mijn boord-pc in 2014 vernieuwd en daarna in 2015 ook nog weer Windows 10 ge´nstalleerd. Versie 3.1 werkt niet meer en kan ik niet meer activeren.
Ik wil MScan Meteo updaten naar de laatste versie maar ik heb geen internetverbinding aan boord, dus moet ik het programma op mijn laptop binnen halen. Kan ik het programma daarna overzetten naar mijn boord-pc
Het huidige registratienummer van de versie 3.1 geeft geen link meer naar de activationkey.

Hoe kan ik het programma activeren?

Actually your client only tried twice: once he did not properly copy/type the activation request, as I already mentioned, and the second time he put the request in a Word (!) document and attached that to the email. As a reseller you should know how to advise your client to copy/paste a test to the body of an email message so I see no need to continue this conversation.

He made a copy paste of the code you see on this screen. He made his copy paste of the complete code, not half by half. He tried a lot a time, we're sure he made no error. We're not dumb, we are able to make a copy paste... There's an other explanation.

You can quite easily see he made an error as there are several extra characters half way in the string. Maybe he fist copied one half and then another half? I do not know, it is really a basic process every Windows user should be able to do.

The error message is correct, the request you client sends to CAR is not the text on screen. Tell him to not type it in but use copy&paste to avoid errors. See also the Installation FAQ on this forum.
