Actually your client only tried twice: once he did not properly copy/type the activation request, as I already mentioned, and the second time he put the request in a Word (!) document and attached that to the email. As a reseller you should know how to advise your client to copy/paste a test to the body of an email message so I see no need to continue this conversation.

He made a copy paste of the code you see on this screen. He made his copy paste of the complete code, not half by half. He tried a lot a time, we're sure he made no error. We're not dumb, we are able to make a copy paste... There's an other explanation.

You can quite easily see he made an error as there are several extra characters half way in the string. Maybe he fist copied one half and then another half? I do not know, it is really a basic process every Windows user should be able to do.

The error message is correct, the request you client sends to CAR is not the text on screen. Tell him to not type it in but use copy&paste to avoid errors. See also the Installation FAQ on this forum.

We are one of the MScan Reseller.
We have a problem with the activation of one of our client's MScan Meteo. He made a copy/paste on it Activation Request and send it to

The Activation Request looks like Mscan-Meteo;3.301;010080-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx;8C9E-AAF0
But the answer he receives tells to him there's an error in the text. The version of Mscan which is installed on his computer is the CD's version.
Do you have an idea about the reason of this problem ?

Please do not post your message in an existing thread about a different topic. I have removed it and created a new thread. Also do not post your product key in a public forum, it can easily be stolen.

You are currently sending your product key to CAR, which obviously does not work. You must follow the instructions on screen and send the activation request to CAR. The process is also explained in this board's FAQ.

hello. on 3rd of september i had bought the Mscan meteo for Windows. i did it throught SHARE-IT with de number 495640953. I had a notification of SHARE-IT THAT my  Product Key for Mscan Meteo is:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and that i have to send a mail actí with in the key the sistem has given to me. i did all i have to do and an answered tells me that
 "Thank you for your message to CAR, the CombiTech Activation Robot.

Unfortunately your Activation Request cannot be processed because an error has been detected in the text. Please make sure to copy the entire Activation Request to your email. For more information please contact your reseller or find the support link for your product at

i had serched in the spam box but no final key has apeared, and now, i dont know what to do.

I do not intend to disturb anyone, not cause problems but frankly do not know how to get my final key.

Unfortunately your licence key has been shared with others. and you were warned of this breach of the licensing conditions on May 10th, 2013. Shortly thereafter another breach was detected, at which point your licence was revoked. Note licences are single user and so cannot be shared.
