 Cry hi been using mscan for ten years, but now hve problem loading it, get message--set up unable to locate script file <a\setup.ins. any help please.

Try downloading the installation file again, and make sure you are not trying to install on Vista or W7. If you still have problems, then there is some progam on your PC preventing the installation.
